CO-OPERATE SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Advise management of legislation
• Provide legal advice
• Compliance issues
• Reduce externalised legal cases
• Management of legal and litigation processes
• Maintenance of records
• Review Report writing
• Review and Draft contracts and legislation
• Oversee Records Office
• Operations Management of Legal and Secretarial Stakeholders
• Consolidation of Annual Report and Preparations for AGM
• Formulation of Legal and Secretarial Strategy
• Assist with Secretarial Function to the Commission

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
• LLB Degree
• Five years’ post qualification experience
