ZIFA Unveils Croatian Logarušić As New Warriors Coach

ZIMBABWE Football Association (ZIFA) has announced Croatian Zdravko Logarušić as new Warriors coach. He will be assisted by Joey Antipas and Lloyd Chitembwe while Tonderai Ndiraya also makes the bench as U23 coach. Goalkeepers‘ coach is Parnell McKop.

Croatian Zdravko Logarušić takes over the reins as announced by the Felton Kamambo-led administration at a press conference held today.  

Logarušić has coached in a number of African countries including Kenya and Sudan.

He was the Sudanese head coach from December 2017 to November 2019

The 54-year-old Croatian led Sudan to third place at the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco‚ and to a spot in the group phase of the 2022 WorldCup Cup qualifiers.

However, he was sacked by the Sudanese national in December 2019.
